Course Objectives The aim of the course is to teach the students the basic terms of real estate and the main principles of real estate law.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Wiil be able to define basic concepts about real estate,
  • Wiil be able to explain the importance of property rights,
  • Wiil be able to classify movable property and immovable property,
  • Wiil be able to compare the immovable pledge and the movable pledge,
  • Wiil be able to evaluate the title deed and easement rights.
Course Description This course includes possession, ownership, real estate ownership, real estate pledge, floor ownership, title deed, easement rights and real estate law.
